Senior UX/UI Designer / Product Designer

We're looking for a senior-level designer who combines strong product thinking, UX/UI expertise, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.

📍 Location: MENA region, ideally Saudi Arabia (KSA), or available for business travel to KSA when required from countries of MENA.

What you'll be doing:
• Leading complex product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery
• Driving UX strategy, product decisions, and design execution
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
• Working with design systems and ensuring consistency across products
• Using data, research, and user insights to improve experiences
• Leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Copilot, etc.) to enhance workflows and product development
• Supporting project estimation, scope definition, and proposal activities
• Mentoring designers and contributing to design culture and best practices

Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
✔ Proven track record of designing complex digital products from concept to launch
✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
✔ Deep knowledge of UX, interaction design, and visual design
✔ Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience with design systems and scalable design practices

• Miro, FigJam, Notion, Jira, Confluence
• ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Midjourney, Runway
