We are a digital marketing company, and our primary focus is media buying across various types of traffic sources.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. If you have a passion for sourcing talent, a "can-do" attitude, and a basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, Djinni, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment pipeline.
- Provide feedback to candidates and build strong talent pools.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand vacancy needs.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in recruitment or sourcing.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing roles (specifically Affiliate Marketing / Media Buying / Arbitrage).
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English (written).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of responsibility and strong organizational skills.
- A strong "can-do" attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
