We are a digital marketing company, and our primary focus is media buying across various types of traffic sources. 

 

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. If you have a passion for sourcing talent, a "can-do" attitude, and a basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, Djinni, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
  • Manage candidates through the entire recruitment pipeline.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and build strong talent pools.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand vacancy needs.

 

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in recruitment or sourcing.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing roles (specifically Affiliate Marketing / Media Buying / Arbitrage).
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English (written).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of responsibility and strong organizational skills.
  • A strong "can-do" attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
