AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Developer – Real Estate Intelligence Platform
We are building a next-generation Real Estate Intelligence Operating System.
The platform combines real estate data, property owner profiles, CRM history, public records, lead scoring, opportunity queues, automation, and future AI agents.
This is not a simple chatbot project. We are building a real AI layer for a real estate intelligence and CRM platform. The system will help identify opportunities, prioritize leads, generate outreach, summarize property and owner information, and automate real estate workflows.
What You Will Build
You will help build AI-powered tools that can:
- Summarize property, owner, contact, and CRM history
- Analyze seller / owner notes and follow-up history
- Recommend next best actions
- Generate SMS, email, and call script templates
- Prioritize real estate opportunities
- Assist with property research
- Explain why a lead may be an opportunity
- Highlight risks or missing information
- Prepare future AI agents for seller follow-up, deal review, investor communication, and CRM automation
First Project
The first project is focused and practical.
You will take structured real estate data and help build an AI assistant that can generate:
- Property summary
- Owner / company summary
- CRM timeline summary
- Suggested next action
- SMS template
- Email template
- Call script
- Opportunity explanation
- Risk warning
Fields used for recommendation
The AI must be accurate, structured, and based only on the available data. No hallucinations. We need useful tools for business workflows, not demos.
