About the Role
Liki24 is a fast-growing health and wellness marketplace operating across EU markets. We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding & Integration Specialist — the person who bridges the gap between a merchant and their first real sales on our platform.

You receive a ready-to-onboard merchant from the BizDev team and take full ownership from zero to “selling and generating revenue.” This is an operations-meets-technical role with a clear, results-driven focus: first orders are your success metric.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or technical onboarding
Working knowledge of how marketplaces or e-commerce platforms operate
Hands-on experience with technical integrations: APIs, XML/CSV feeds, or content management systems
Structured project mindset: ability to manage multiple onboardings in parallel without dropping the ball
English B1+ (written and spoken) — for working with documentation and EU-based merchants
Ability to communicate with technical teams without “needing a translator”

Responsibilities

1. Technical Integration
Assess each merchant’s technical capabilities and define the optimal integration method: API, XML/YML feed, BaseLinker, or manual upload via the seller portal
Coordinate technical onboarding between the merchant’s IT team and Liki24’s technical team
Work with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation at a functional level — navigate API specs and communicate requirements to technical teams
Verify correct mapping of categories, attributes, pricing, and stock data
Validate catalog quality: images, descriptions, pricing, and correct categorization are all in place before go-live

2. Operational Onboarding
Guide the merchant through a structured checklist from contract signing to first order
Train merchants on the seller portal: order management, inventory updates, buyer communication
Resolve logistics questions: define the fulfillment model (self-shipping, cloud warehouse), coordinate with delivery partners where needed
Coordinate with the finance team: pass agreed data for invoicing and act sign-off
Maintain the merchant’s CRM record: status, integration type, open issues

3. Launch & First Sale (“Perfect Launch”)
Ensure catalog completeness: 100% of agreed SKUs are active and visible on launch
Verify price competitiveness at go-live
Coordinate the initial marketing push together with the marketing team
Accompany the merchant until the target number of first orders is reached (the onboarding KPI)
Hand off to the Seller Success team once launch KPIs are achieved

4. Process & Continuous Improvement
Escalate technical blockers to the right internal teams (product, tech, operations)
Contribute to improving the onboarding process: documentation, checklist automation, playbooks
Monitor onboarding metrics for your cohort of merchants

Would be a plus

Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation — able to read endpoint descriptions independently
Basic understanding of JSON and data exchange logic via APIs
Experience with BaseLinker, Mirakl, ChannelAdvisor, or similar integration platforms
Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare e-commerce
Understanding of fulfillment models: self-shipping, cloud warehouse, 3PL
