Business Analyst

About project: We are developing and scaling a complex AI-powered platform for the functional medicine and root-cause care space — a clinical operating system spanning patient intake, biomarker lab analysis, AI-generated clinical notes, personalized treatment protocols, and telehealth. The product has rapidly grown from MVP to production, with an expanding feature roadmap and a growing user base of healthcare providers.

You will start under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst and progressively take on independent ownership of the full cycle: from client discovery and requirements refinement, through Figma Make prototyping, to writing tasks for the development team.

Workload split: ~75% Requirements Analysis, ~25% Rapid Prototyping

Required skills:
▪ 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
▪ English B2+ or higher (excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable facilitating sessions with non-technical clients and cross-functional development teams)
▪ Strong requirement analysis skills: ability to ask the right questions, identify gaps, and drive clarity with both clients and developers
▪ Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
▪ Ability to generate and iterate on UI screens using AI prompts. Please include a portfolio or relevant work examples if available
▪ Genuine interest in AI tools and ability to write effective prompts to accelerate prototyping and analysis workflows
▪ Ability to work independently after a supervised onboarding period

Nice to have:
▪ Experience in Product Design
▪ Practical, hands-on Figma Make experience
▪ Experience with medical, healthcare, or enterprise CRM systems

Responsibilities
▪ Participate in client discovery sessions to understand the product roadmap and business goals
▪ Collect, document, and structure functional requirements through client interviews and workshops
▪ Conduct thorough requirement analysis — question assumptions, clarify edge cases, validate scope, and understand the what, why, and how behind each feature
▪ Process AI-generated client specifications
▪ Facilitate feasibility sessions with the development team; surface technical constraints early and drive resolution of open questions
▪ Create rapid UI/UX prototypes in Figma Make, based on existing medical CRM design guidelines
▪ Prepare clear story/task descriptions and specification pages in Confluence, including acceptance criteria and design references
