Head of Influencer Marketing
Real Estate Bees is a U.S. real estate lead marketplace, running since 2017. We generate motivated-seller leads through SEO, PPC, YouTube and social, and connect homeowners with investors across the country. Fully remote team, focused on building scalable acquisition channels.
Why this role exists:
We already work with several promoters โ and it's producing results. But the process behind it is informal: no structured onboarding, no systematic outreach, no scalable framework. That's what this role fixes. We need someone to take what exists, build a real operating system around it, and then use that foundation to grow the network.
What does ownership mean here:
You own the channel and the revenue it produces. You'll start by getting your hands around what's already working โ understanding the current promoter relationships, identifying gaps, and building the processes that make it repeatable. From there, you expand: more partners, better formats, a bigger team. You're not inheriting a machine โ you're building one from rough parts.
What you'll do:
- Audit and systematize existing promoter relationships โ document what's working, fix what isn't, and build the processes to make it scalable
- Design and own the full partner lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and performance tracking
- Recruit and onboard new creators, influencers, affiliates and partners to grow the network
- Launch and run webinars, podcasts, interviews, sponsorships and content collaborations
- Hire and manage a partnerships team as the channel grows
- Own affiliate revenue and partnership performance end to end
What we are looking for:
- Hands-on experience working directly with influencers and content creators
- Experience with U.S.-based influencers
- Experience building or structuring partnership processes โ not just executing someone else's playbook
- A track record of growing partnership revenue independently
- Ability to own results end-to-end
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- High energy, drive, and a bias for action โ this role rewards people who make things happen

- Background in real estate, lead gen or SaaS
- Experience attending or presenting at industry conferences and live events
