UI/UX Designer (Senior) / Product Designer for Web, E-Commerce and Digital Products

We are looking for an experienced and independent UI/UX Designer / Product Designer (Freelance / Project based) to support us with several ongoing digital projects.

This is not a task for someone who only follows instructions visually. We are looking for someone who can think with us, understand business goals, identify missing UX elements, create thoughtful design proposals and work independently in an international remote team.

About us

We are a Germany-based software, design and consulting company working on digital products, websites, AR / VR / XR applications, e-commerce solutions and interactive software.

Our projects are often not standard websites. They require strong UX thinking, a good eye for modern design, technical understanding and the ability to translate rough ideas into clear, usable and visually strong solutions.

Examples of current project types

We are currently working on different kinds of design tasks, for example:

A high-quality website / landing page for a restaurant and hotel business

The goal is to create a modern, elegant and trustworthy web presence with clear structure, emotional visuals, seasonal content areas, booking sections and CMS-friendly content blocks.

A landing page for a future messenger / social platform
The goal is to communicate a new digital product clearly and emotionally, explain the core idea, build trust, present the value proposition and guide users into a waitlist or early access flow.

An e-commerce project for personalized textile products
The goal is to improve an existing shop design, complete missing UX flows, work on product pages, cart, checkout, account areas and a complex product configurator.

What we need

We need someone who can:

Understand a briefing and ask the right questions
Work independently and propose solutions
Think through UX flows, not only visual screens
Create modern, clean and high-quality UI designs
Work with existing Figma designs and improve them without destroying the original direction
Create design systems and reusable components
Design responsive versions for desktop, tablet and mobile
Prepare designs clearly for developers
Understand international remote work and communicate clearly in English

Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, layout exploration, visual concepts or design workflows
Bring their own creative ideas and professional recommendations

We do not want to explain every small detail. We need someone who can analyze what is missing and suggest the best solution.

Basic understanding of frontend development limitations
Experience with AR / VR / tech-related products

Test task

As a first step, we would like to give a small paid test task.

Test task idea:

Create the first screen / hero section for a landing page of a future messenger

We are not only evaluating the visual result. We are also evaluating how you think, how you structure the idea and whether you can bring your own professional suggestions.
