• Managing the full recruitment cycle: from hiring manager briefing to a candidate’s successful start in the team
• Partnering with a Sourcer to build sourcing strategies and attract top talent
• Conducting HR interviews and guiding candidates throughout the hiring process
• Creating a positive experience for both candidates and employees throughout their journey with the company
• Supporting key HR processes for assigned teams, including onboarding, check-ins, exit interviews, and other people-related initiatives
• Working with People Force, maintaining accurate HR data, and tracking key recruitment and people metrics
• Partnering with managers on team development, employee engagement, and overall employee experience

• A genuine interest in HR and a desire to grow in the People Operations field
• Completed courses in Recruitment, HR, or related fields
• Strong empathy, ownership, and organizational skills
• The ability to build trust and communicate effectively with different people

• Previous experience in Recruitment or HR
• Experience conducting interviews or assessing candidates
• Experience working with ATS or HR systems
• Education in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
