Responsibilities

  • Search and attraction of candidates for positions in the fields of Gambling, iGaming, and Affiliate Marketing;
  • Utilization of various hiring channels: online platforms, social media, professional networking, and direct search;
  • Formation and development of a stable pool of candidates (talent pipeline);
  • Conducting initial interviews to assess professional qualifications and cultural fit;
  • Interaction with recruiters regarding initial contact with candidates and their transfer to the further recruitment funnel;
  • Maintenance, updating, and actualization of the candidate database;
  • Preparation of regular reports on the progress and results of the search.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sourcer, preferably in the Gambling, iGaming, and online casino industries;
  • Understanding of the structure and roles in affiliate marketing, especially the specifics of media buyers' work;
  • Proficiency in Boolean search methods, confident use of social media, and skills in establishing initial contact;
  • Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and responsibility;
  • Fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian;
  • Proficient in English (Intermediate level) will be an advantage.
