Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Designer on our mobile design systems team, you'll shape the future of our group-wide design system. You'll develop and maintain core components while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and seamless implementation across all products and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain design system foundations, components, and patterns across platforms;
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistency and efficiency across products;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and developer specifications;
• Continuously improve the system based on feedback, trends, and evolving patterns;
• Advocate for design system adoption, providing guidance and support to product teams;
• Stay current with industry best practices and share knowledge across the team;

• Drive improvements in Design Ops, refining tools and workflows for team efficiency.

   

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with 2+ years working on or contributing to design systems;
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Figma libraries and token systems;
• Strong experience documenting design standards, patterns, and component specifications for developers;
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and user experience;
• Expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG) with ability to implement accessible components;
• Excellent communication skills - presenting design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience collaborating in agile environments with cross-functional teams;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design work and documentation;
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable building momentum in ambiguous spaces;
• Experience in native Mobile application;

• Fluent in English.

   

Nice to Have:

• Background in enterprise companies;
• Experience merging or consolidating multiple design systems into a single system;
• Motion design and animation specification expertise (Rive);
• Technical knowledge or coding skills that aid collaboration with engineers;
• Experience with AI and automation to improve design outcomes.
