UAPP.AI is an AI-focused product IT company that creates and scales mobile apps for global markets. Our products hold top positions in the App Store. We are looking for a creative Motion Designer to join our fast-growing product team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop.
• Understanding of UI animations, mobile product logic, and visual rhythms.
• Basic sound design and audio synchronization skills.
• Strong portfolio with real case studies/examples (mandatory).
• Nice to have: Experience in web2app/mobile performance marketing.
   

Responsibilities:

• Creating high-converting animated ad creatives.
• Generating video concepts, storyboarding, and adapting video content for various formats.
• Animating UI components, graphic elements, and typography.
• Video editing and post-production (effects, subtitles, sound, logos).
• Using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, etc.) to optimize and speed up content creation.
• Collaborating with the marketing and design teams; analyzing creative performance to improve metrics.
