Mid/Sr. Product Designer

Launch Labs is an IT company focused on web and application development. We help clients turn product ideas into working solutions and support them throughout the development process. Our team has worked with well-known brands such as Nike and Rapid Replay(acquired by NBC).

We’re looking for a Mid/Sr. Product Designer for the leading player development product in baseball - trusted by athletes from high school through MLB, with a following of over one million and a decade of coaching expertise behind it. The mission is to give baseball players the information and resources to reach their athletic potential.

What you'll do

• Own UI/UX across the product - from early concepts to polished, production-ready screens
  • leverage AI prototyping tools (Lovable, Figma Make, Claude, v0, and similar) to move fast and validate ideas early
• Contribute to product design that converts and communicates clearly
• Translate business goals and user needs into product experiences that feel intuitive and on-brand
• Build and maintain a strong design system that keeps the work organized, consistent, and scalable
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design vision with product goals
• Conduct design reviews during delivery and post-release to identify what's working and what isn't
• Work with and help manage other designers on the team as it grows

What we're looking for

• Must-haves
  • A portfolio demonstrating best-in-class UI/UX work - strong visual craft backed by clear product thinking
  • Proven experience building and maintaining design systems in a real product environment
  • Experience working with established brands where consistency and quality standards are non-negotiable
  • Hands-on use of AI prototyping tools in a real product workflow - we want to see how you actually use them
  • Ownership mentality - you notice gaps, you bring ideas, you follow through
• Nice to have
  • Experience in sports, fitness, or performance-focused products
  • Comfort designing for both app and web
  • Experience in a fast-scaling startup or content-driven product
