Our client is an international performance marketing team operating in the Crypto vertical and focused on affiliate and partner marketing.

The team specializes in scaling traffic through Facebook Ads, working with both proprietary products and partner offers.

Main GEOs: Asia & LATAM
Format: Remote, Full-time

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a full-cycle Media Buyer (Facebook Crypto) with strong hands-on expertise.

This is not an execution-only role.

We're looking for a specialist who:

• Independently generates and tests new hypotheses;
• Manages campaigns and funnels end-to-end;
• Thinks in terms of profitability and scaling;
• Takes full ownership of performance and results.

Responsibilities

• Research, launch, and test new campaign setups and funnels;
• Generate, validate, and optimize traffic hypotheses;
• Launch and manage advertising campaigns through Facebook Ads;
• Analyze performance metrics and scale profitable campaigns;
• Manage the entire traffic acquisition process;
• Coordinate tasks with design, development, and farming teams;
• Take full ownership of campaign results and profitability.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Proven experience working exclusively with Facebook Ads;
• Previous experience in the Crypto vertical;
• Recent hands-on experience (preferably within the last 6–12 months);
• Strong understanding of Facebook Crypto traffic mechanics and compliance challenges;
• Experience independently managing and scaling profitable campaigns.
