PPC Manager

Warmy.io is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses land in inboxes, not spam folders. We are a fast-growing global startup, trusted by companies worldwide to improve email deliverability and outreach performance.

As we grow, we’re looking for a CRO & PPC Manager - someone proactive, and curious - to support our marketing team across a variety of tasks.

What You'll Do

• Assist with content creation and simple designs in Canva
• Support copywriting, idea generation, and creative brainstorming with tools like ChatGPT
• Help update and manage content in WordPress (no coding required)
• Assist with Google Ads setup and ad creation (under guidance)
• Participate in creating Meta/TikTok ads – both visual and video (together with a video editor)
• Support the execution of CRO experiments and A/B tests
• Take ownership of marketing-related tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the team
• Suggest improvements and stay organized across multiple tasks

What We’re Looking For

• A humble, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and work independently
• A good sense of design and content structure
• Strong organizational skills and task management
• Fluent or advanced English (written + verbal)
• Ability to work in a remote team and ask for help when needed

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience with B2B
• Simple video editing workflows
