About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join a fast-growing international gambling and betting company expanding into Argentina and Chile, with future plans across African markets. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the financial infrastructure of an international operation from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for establishing financial processes, reporting frameworks, controls, planning systems, and operational finance functions to support rapid business growth.

 

What you’ll do (day to day) 

  • Build and maintain the financial management framework for international operations.
  • Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
  • Establish financial controls and risk management procedures.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with payment providers, banks, and external financial partners.
  • Support regulatory and licensing compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with operational, marketing, product, and executive teams to support business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and consultants.
  • Monitor key business KPIs and provide actionable financial insights.
  • Participate in strategic planning and international expansion initiatives.

     

What you’ll need 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager within the gambling, betting, or iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Experience working with financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and establish processes from scratch.
  • High level of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Business-level English (written and spoken).

             Nice to have 

  • Experience launching financial operations in new international markets.
  • Knowledge of Latin American markets (Argentina, Chile) or African jurisdictions.
  • Experience working in licensed gambling environments.
  • Background in payment systems, PSPs, risk management, and anti-fraud controls.
  • Experience managing remote and international teams.
