Senior Technical Product Manager
Senior Technical Product Manager needed to lead the delivery of digital-healthcare products for a healthcare company that enables remote patient monitoring, clinical research, and personalized healthcare. This is a hands-on delivery role with real product ownership: you'll own features end-to-end โ discovering and defining requirements, driving them through delivery, and making sure they're completed and finalized โ while leading a cross-functional delivery team and using AI as a core part of how you plan, report, and ship.
What You'll Do:
- Own features end-to-end โ from idea to release โ making sure each one is delivered, accepted, and finalized against a clear definition of done
- Discover and define requirements by working with clients, clinicians, product, and engineering, turning business and user needs into a clear, prioritized backlog
- Write clear, actionable requirements โ user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications โ so engineers and QA know exactly what "done" means
- Plan and run delivery across mobile (iOS/Android), Angular front-ends, and backend services โ owning release milestones, scope, dependencies, and predictable, on-time, on-quality delivery
- Coordinate the team's day-to-day delivery toward clear release milestones โ adapting to the regulatory phase, keeping work moving, surfacing dependencies early, and clearing blockers fast
- Track and act on delivery metrics โ velocity, cycle time, lead time, and DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, time to restore service)
- Set sensible guardrails for engineering teams using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code): keep changes small, require human review and automated testing on AI-generated code, and watch quality signals rather than trusting raw velocity
- Coordinate quality and compliance in a regulated medical-software (SaMD) context, partnering with QA, engineering, and regulatory colleagues to keep requirements-to-tests traceability intact
- Manage risks and dependencies and mentor the team โ escalate early, keep "no surprises" communication, and coordinate product owners, designers, engineers, and QA across distributed/remote teams
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of product/delivery management experience in software, including leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven product ownership โ experience discovering, defining, and documenting requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and owning features through to completion
- Strong command of modern software delivery (Agile and hybrid), with real fluency in release and milestone planning
- Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams that use AI coding tools, and an understanding of how those tools affect velocity, estimation, and code quality
- Strong working knowledge of delivery metrics (flow metrics and DORA) and the tooling to track them (Jira/Confluence, CI/CD dashboards)
- Excellent stakeholder communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead without authority across remote teams
- A PM certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, PRINCE2, or SAFe
Nice to Have:
- Experience in digital health, medical-device software (SaMD), or another regulated domain, with awareness of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 27001, EU MDR/UK MDR, GDPR, and HIPAA
- Familiarity with remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or clinical workflows
- A technical background (former developer/engineer) sufficient to engage credibly with mobile/Angular/backend teams
- Comfort using AI to speed up everyday delivery work โ drafting plans and status updates, summarizing meetings, and flagging risks early โ with the judgment to check its output before acting on it
- Experience with product discovery/roadmapping tools (Productboard, Aha!, Jira Product Discovery) and writing PRDs
- Experience defining or running an AI usage policy for a delivery organization
- SAFe certification for scaled, multi-team coordination
