Creative Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a creator with analytical skills! Creative Marketing Specialist, where are you? If you have 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or related fields, know how to write copy that truly resonates, and understand how to squeeze the absolute maximum out of a pre-lander—you are our ideal candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor spy tools, discover winning ad angles, leverage hot news/trends, and identify relevant celebrities for specific verticals.
- Hypothesis Generation & Testing: Create marketing concepts and tailor unique angles for various GEOs.
- High-Converting Content Creation: Develop video scripts, copy for landing pages/pre-landers, clickbait headlines, comments, and reviews that directly address target audience pain points.
- Localization of Materials: Adapt and "ground" successful approaches to fit the specifics and mentality of different countries.
- Production Management: Write clear, concise briefs (TZ) for designers and the tech department, controlling implementation quality at every stage.
- Performance Analysis: Review metrics alongside media buyers, evaluate the performance of your hypotheses, optimize funnels, and run new iterations to boost conversion rates.
Knowledge Structuring: Document test results and compile a database of successful case studies ("golden approaches").
What We Are Looking For:
- Industry Experience: 2+ years in creative/performance marketing, media buying (affiliate marketing), or e-commerce.
- Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft engaging copy and scripts across various formats (from short teasers to long-form pre-lander pre-heats).
- Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of the conversion funnel and marketing logic; ability to read and interpret basic metrics (CPL, Lead CR, FTD CR, etc.).
- Briefing Skills: Solid understanding of basic design and web-development principles to speak the same language as designers and developers.
- Soft Skills: High level of visual intelligence (nasmotrennost), fast thinking, resilience (readiness to meticulously test dozens of iterations of a single angle), and the ability to drive tasks independently without constant supervision from a Team Lead.
Portfolio: Proven track record with measurable results (data, screenshots, or detailed case breakdowns).
Nice to Have:
- Background as a Creative Strategist, media buyer, or performance marketer in affiliate teams or e-commerce.
- Proficiency with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate the generation of ideas, copy, and visual references.
Understanding of technical nuances (how redirects work, how to spot bugs on a pre-lander).
