Project Manager (Whitepay)

Requirements:

- 5+ years of project management experience in tech, fintech, crypto, or SaaS
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects with Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
- Basic knowledge of crypto and blockchain concepts (wallets, transactions, on-chain flows)
- Familiarity with regulatory environments (KYC, AML, compliance processes)
- Experience managing integrations, APIs, and external partners
- Strong planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation skills
- Ability to control scope, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence/Notion, and reporting tools (Sheets/Excel)
- Clear communication, strong ownership mindset, and ability to work in fast-changing environments
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from planning to release
- Translate product goals into clear project scope, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Ops)
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure predictable delivery
- Drive execution ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Monitor progress using delivery metrics and ensure issues are resolved quickly
- Control scope and manage priority changes based on business impact
- Align stakeholders on expectations, timelines, and outcomes
- Prepare concise status updates and executive-level reporting
- Support release planning, go-live coordination, and post-launch analysis
- Improve delivery processes, tools, and team efficiency
- Act as a strong delivery owner, ensuring accountability and results
