Team lead TikTok ads / iGaming

We are an in-house product team in the iGaming vertical, actively scaling traffic acquisition. We are now launching a new TikTok Ads direction and are looking for a strong Team Lead TikTok Ads who is experienced with large budgets, thinks strategically, and wants to make a direct impact on business results 📈
 

🧩 Your Responsibilities

• Building a stable infrastructure for a new traffic acquisition channel;
• Launching, managing, and scaling TikTok Ads campaigns;
• Hiring, mentoring, and developing a team of media buyers;
• Managing budgets and optimizing ROAS;
• Identifying, testing, and scaling profitable ad funnels and combinations;
• Collaborating with internal departments and maintaining effective cross-functional communication.
   

❇️ What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Media Buyer or Team Lead focused on TikTok Ads;
• Successful case studies and measurable results from the last 3–4 months;
• Strong understanding of systematic campaign scaling and optimization;
• Previous people management experience or readiness to take ownership of a team;
• Experience building media buying infrastructure and managing high advertising budgets.
