Junior Publishing Manager

AlphaNova is a game development company focused on delivering engaging gaming experiences to a global audience. We are currently looking for a Junior Publishing Manager to support the release and promotion of our games across multiple platforms. If you are passionate about games and want to grow in publishing, marketing, and platform operations — this role is for you.

Requirements

• Strong written English (daily communication, documentation, outreach)
• Interest in the gaming industry and understanding of gaming platforms (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.)
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics (engagement, conversion, traffic sources)
• Experience with social media platforms and content distribution
• Ability to work with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and communication with external partners
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Proactive mindset with strong execution skills

Additional

• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data
• Experience with CRM tools or task trackers

Responsibilities

• Support the game release process across platforms (Steam, consoles, etc.)
• Execute social media posting and coordinate announcements
• Identify and communicate with gaming influencers and streamers
• Manage outreach database and track communication progress
• Distribute game keys and follow up with partners
• Assist with press outreach and basic PR activities
• Support store page updates (content, announcements, assets)
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Monitor basic metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)

• Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base
