The Role
We are looking for a CRO Specialist / Funnel Manager to take ownership of our funnel performance and optimization process.
You will sit at the intersection of data and creative execution, working closely with media buyers, copywriters, and designers to improve conversion rates and campaign profitability.
What You'll Do
Funnel & Traffic Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize funnels inside Keitaro or similar tracking platforms
- Manage landing pages, offers, redirects, postbacks, and traffic distribution
- Monitor funnel performance and optimize traffic flows based on results
Testing & Optimization
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies
- Test headlines, landing pages, CTAs, advertorials, and funnel angles
- Analyze results, identify winning variations, and scale what works
- Quickly eliminate underperforming elements
Performance Analysis
- Monitor key metrics including CTR, CR, CPA, RPC, ROI, and funnel drop-off rates
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve conversion performance
- Turn performance data into clear optimization recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with media buyers to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and campaign profitability
- Work closely with copywriters and designers to optimize messaging, creatives, and user journeys
- Help transform data insights into higher-converting funnels and acquisition assets
What You Bring
Must Have
- Experience working as a CRO Specialist, Funnel Manager, Performance Marketing Specialist, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Keitaro (preferred), Voluum, Binom, or comparable tracking platforms
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, direct-response marketing, lead generation, or media buying environments
- Experience running and evaluating A/B tests
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make quick optimization decisions
- Understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and tracking systems
- Ability to identify statistically meaningful trends and translate them into actions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript skills for making landing page adjustments
- Experience with competitive intelligence and spy tools such as AdSpy, Anstrex, or similar platforms
- Experience working with high-volume paid traffic campaigns
- Familiarity with multiple traffic sources and acquisition channels
