How you can specifically impact the company’s development:

• task dynamics: high frequency of changes requires rapid adaptation to shifting priorities and emerging project risks
• routine level: low routine  most tasks involve unique problem-solving, with structured reporting and syncs being the only repetitive elements
•  analytical focus: moderate to high involves constant monitoring of KPIs, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making to track project health
•  social interaction: extremely high; intensive communication with internal cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, Finance) and external partners

Challenges for the first 3 months:
•  successfully onboard the team and master the company's key processes
•  become a confident user of all the tools used by the department
•  participate in the implementation of current tasks and projects and successfully complete them
•  implement a strategy for interaction between cross-functional teams within projects
•  set up a regular reporting system and analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects
•  qualitatively adhere to project stages, report on time and comprehensively

To achieve results, you will need: 
• at least 3 years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering business-driven, cross-functional projects

• strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency drivers, and financial impact metrics 

• practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) 

• experience handling multiple projects simultaneously 

• outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills 

• high level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset 

• prior experience in marketing-related projects will be considered an advantage 

• pmp or equivalent certifications are a plus 

• upper-intermediate or higher level of English

• flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00
