Software Engineer

In this role, a Software Engineer will have the opportunity to take ownership from problem definition to production-ready implementation, explore and design new solutions, make technical decisions in ambiguous environments, influence architectural decisions, and work with modern AI-driven approaches by integrating them into the development process.
 

Your impact:

• Build maintainable, well-tested solutions based on product and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features.
• Bring clarity to complex problems and make pragmatic engineering decisions balancing speed, quality, and complexity.
• Proactively identify and drive system improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and quality of delivery.
   

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong backend engineering experience with Node.js and a growth mindset toward new technologies.
• Product-oriented mindset and understanding of how systems create user impact.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
   

Would be a plus:

• Experience designing technical solutions and architecture.
• Understanding of product metrics, hypothesis-driven testing, and A/B testing.
• Experience with AI-driven workflow optimization.
• Experience owning and launching features end-to-end.
