Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.

As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

• conduct market research to identify and evaluate new markets and business development opportunities

• collect, aggregate, and analyze data to identify market trends and forecast future outcomes, factoring in global industry trends

• provide leadership with actionable data and analytics to support strategic management decision-making
• systematize and structure complex information utilized for strategic planning and analysis

• identify growth opportunities for both existing business lines and greenfield investments

• build, maintain, and stress-test business and financial models for growth and expansion projects

• analyze performance against strategic goals for the period and deliver actionable insights

• formulate recommendations and data-driven proposals to optimize business metrics and enhance KPIs

Challenges for three months:

• build solid relationships with relevant business vertical leadership

• prove yourself instrumental in driving Uklon strategic goals

• make a significant contribution to at least one of the strategic initiatives of the business vertical within your scope

To achieve the results, you will need:

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields - product management, business development, business intelligence, consulting, corporate strategy, or market analysis

• solid stakeholder management experience - must have

• experience in cross-functional collaboration

• logical, structured thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making

• advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• ability to communicate effectively in English (Upper-intermediate level or higher)
