CRM Retention Manager

Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on player engagement, retention, and long-term value in international markets.
We are looking for a CRM Retention Manager to develop and execute retention campaigns, optimize player communication, and improve player lifetime value across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Build and manage player segmentation based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and value
- Develop automated player journeys and retention workflows
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize communication strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, VIP, and Marketing teams
- Support retention initiatives, loyalty programs, and promotional activities
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
- Monitor player engagement, retention, and reactivation metrics
Requirements:
- 2+ years of CRM or Retention experience within iGaming
- Experience working with LATAM markets is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation tools
- Understanding of player lifecycle and retention mechanics
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
