CRM Retention Manager

Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on player engagement, retention, and long-term value in international markets.

We are looking for a CRM Retention Manager to develop and execute retention campaigns, optimize player communication, and improve player lifetime value across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
  • Build and manage player segmentation based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and value
  • Develop automated player journeys and retention workflows
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize communication strategies
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, VIP, and Marketing teams
  • Support retention initiatives, loyalty programs, and promotional activities
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
  • Monitor player engagement, retention, and reactivation metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of CRM or Retention experience within iGaming
  • Experience working with LATAM markets is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation tools
  • Understanding of player lifecycle and retention mechanics
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
  • English โ€” Upper-Intermediate+
