SEO Specialist for USA Market

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist for the USA Market at Netpeak — someone excited about working with SEO on the level of strategy, growth approaches, and real impact on project results.

Netpeak is a performance marketing partner for businesses in Ukraine and worldwide. We work with brands like OLX, COMFY, Kyivstar, Puma, WOG, Uklon, PUMB, Intertop, and many others.

⚙️ What you’ll do

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for client projects.
• Find new growth opportunities and scale results.
• Work with technical SEO, semantics, and analytics.
• Analyze data and build growth hypotheses.
• Monitor website technical health using GSC, Netpeak Spider, DevTools, and other tools.
• Collaborate with development, content, outreach, and PM teams.
• Participate in client communication and SEO strategy presentations.

⚡️ What’s important for us

• 1.5+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
• English level B2 or higher.
• Proven successful SEO cases/projects.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Confident use of GA, GSC, GTM, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Lighthouse, Netpeak Spider, or similar tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets and SEO analytics.
• Understanding of technical SEO and growth opportunities.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to influence results.

➕ Experience communicating with clients or contractors will be a plus 🙂
