Junior Finance Specialist

In this role, you will help us manage financial documentation, assist with KYC/KYB procedures, and support our daily operational processes. Responsibilities:

• Selecting and preparing primary documentation upon request from auditors and partners
• Monitoring the signing of contracts, NDAs, and other documents
• Systematizing and maintaining documents in corporate folders and cloud storages
• Preparing basic legal and corporate document packages for KYC/KYB procedures with banks and partners
• Assisting in the calculation of PSP fees using internal systems and software
• Monitoring and updating invoice payment statuses in the system
• Communicating with internal teams to collect required documents and information

• Supporting operational and administrative financial processes

  Requirements:

• Basic understanding of financial documentation and document flow
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to working with documents
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Intermediate English level or higher
• Desire to grow and develop in finance, operations, or compliance

• Experience with KYC/KYB procedures or primary documentation will be considered an advantage

  Nice to have:

• Experience working in fintech, payments, gambling, or iGaming projects
• Understanding of how PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and payment systems operate

• Previous experience interacting with auditors or banks
