AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI / ML Engineer to join a cybersecurity-focused product team and help build intelligent AI-powered security solutions.

Remote, full-time
Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Kyiv time
Domain: Cybersecurity

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Strong Python skills and experience with the modern ML ecosystem:
  NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and model behaviour
• Experience delivering ML systems into production
• Understanding of LLM architectures and fine-tuning approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate
   

Would be a plus: 

• Experience with cybersecurity-related products or datasets
• Experience with AI agents or reasoning systems
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices
• NLP or Generative AI experience
  
  Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy ML/AI solutions from research to production
• Build security-focused AI agents and reasoning systems
• Develop ML models for anomaly detection, classification, and predictive analytics
• Fine-tune and adapt LLMs for cybersecurity use cases
• Monitor and improve model performance in production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams
