Senior Data Analyst AI

We are looking for a specialist with strong SQL and analytical skills to support AI-driven data initiatives within the lending domain.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial data and experience working with semantic models, AI agents, or LLM-based solutions that help business users interact with data through natural language. The primary focus of the role will be enabling business teams to receive data insights and answers through AI-powered models/agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support semantic models and AI-driven data solutions for business users.
• Translate business questions into optimized SQL queries and data logic.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to improve accessibility of analytical data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across AI-driven solutions.
• Work with lending data, including loan, payment, balance, and portfolio-related information.
• Support development and optimization of reporting and analytical workflows within Snowflake environments.

Required Skills

• Very strong SQL skills (complex joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimization).
• Strong understanding of lending and/or banking domain concepts and data structures.
• Experience working with analytical and reporting datasets.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI, LLMs, or similar AI/agent-based platforms.
• Understanding of AI-assisted analytics and natural language data querying concepts.
• Experience with PowerBI
