SEO Team Lead

We are an international holding with over three years of experience and a team of more than 1000 specialists.

We are currently looking for an SEO Team Lead to join one of our partner companies — TraffBand, a team of 90+ professionals specializing in building and scaling successful affiliate projects in the iGaming industry.

With strong expertise in SEO, TraffBand has shown significant growth over the past year, expanding its project portfolio and undergoing major team scaling and transformation. The company’s achievements have also been recognized at the Ukrainian SEO Awards, where TraffBand received an award for the best SEO case.

This role will focus on leading a team, structuring processes, and improving overall efficiency within an already established and growing environment.

What we expect:

• At least 1 year of experience in team management

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming, working with monobrand projects

• Experience in content production (both high-quality content with writers and AI-generated content at scale)

• Strong expertise in link building (both high-quality and grey/black-hat approaches)

• Deep knowledge of WordPress

• Strong team management skills

• Ability to perform in-depth keyword research and analysis

• Proven track record of building 10,000+ backlinks

• Experience managing multiple websites with different risk profiles

• Experience achieving top rankings within short timeframes (up to 1 month)

• Hands-on experience in rapid link scaling

• Familiarity with PBN, GSA, and similar tools, with a clear understanding of their purpose and usage

• Ability to analyze competitor strategies, including:

— Cloaking

— Redirect chains

• Strong writing and editing skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for monobrands websites (satellite sites, PBNs, niche product projects)

• Conduct technical audits, analyze rankings, traffic, and competitors

• Work with an existing portfolio of websites and participate in launching new projects

• Lead and mentor the SEO team, support team members’ growth and knowledge sharing
