Senior PPC/UA Manager (Google Ads)

A-Players is looking for an experienced Senior PPC/UA Manager with a focus on Google Ads to take ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and scaling of one of the key performance marketing channels.

This is a great opportunity to work with large budgets, build automation, dive deep into analytics, and directly impact growth metrics while working on meaningful, fast-growing products.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the full performance acquisition funnel in Google - from launch to optimization and scaling
  • Launch, scale, and optimize Search / PMax campaigns with a focus on revenue growth and ROAS
  • Develop and test new acquisition hypotheses, funnels, and scaling mechanics - including AI-intent acquisition directions
  • Work closely with Analytics and Growth teams using a data-driven approach: post-click metrics, cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and unit economics improvement
  • Collaborate with the Creative Factory on test plans, performance insights, and scaling best-performing hypotheses
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and make fast data-driven decisions
  • Build automation systems and contribute to the development of testing processes and operational excellence.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search) and managing monthly budgets of $300K+
  • Strong understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, and scaling mechanics
  • Proven experience optimizing CPA / ROAS / conversion funnels
  • Ability to independently launch, analyze, and scale performance campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills: attribution, funnel analysis, cohort thinking, unit economics
  • Experience building and managing testing frameworks and experimentation processes
  • Experience with BI tools - Tableau / dashboards / reporting systems
  • High ownership mindset and ability to make fast data-driven decisions
  • English proficiency - B2 or higher.


Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with PMax and Bing Ads / Microsoft Ads
  • Strong understanding of PMax mechanics, feed structure ΠΈ asset optimization 
  • Previous experience setting up UA functions from scratch
  • Experience with landing optimization ΠΈ CRO 
  • Interest in AI products and experimentation
  • Understanding of AI-intent verticals ΠΈ AI-related search behavior.
