ART DIRECTOR (iGaming Slots)

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead the artistic direction of our iGaming

slot games and ensure high-quality visual execution across all projects. This role focuses on defining visual

style, mentoring art teams, and ensuring consistency across game art, animation, UI, and promotional

materials.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the slot game production pipeline, combines creative

leadership with hands-on art direction, and works closely with producers, designers, developers, and artists

to deliver visually outstanding player experiences.
 

What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the visual direction, artistic vision, and quality standards for slot game

projects

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary art team including 2D artists, animators, and external

partners

• Collaborate closely with game designers, producers, developers, and marketing teams throughout

production

• Review and approve concepts, illustrations, animations, UI elements, and promotional materials

• Ensure all visual assets are aligned with the game vision, technical requirements, and delivery

timelines

• Manage the team of 4+ people

• Provide feedback, mentorship, and creative guidance to artists and animators
 

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in a Lead Artist or Art Director role

• Strong understanding of the iGaming slot art pipeline, including game symbols, UI, animation, and

visual storytelling

• Excellent knowledge of composition, color, lighting, style consistency, and player-focused design

• Strong knowledge of modern AI solutions for producing content (NanaBanana, Midjourney etc. )

and ability to teach your team on how to use it effectively

• Ability to balance creative vision with production and technical constraints

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Passion for games, creativity, and building visually engaging player experiences
 

Extra Points For

• Previous experience leading art production for iGaming slot titles

• Experience managing outsourcing partners and distributed art teams

• Understanding of animation workflows, VFX, and game integration pipelines
