Hard skills
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience with requirements documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria
• Experience analyzing and documenting existing system functionality, especially back-office and admin panel features
• Experience describing new functionality and structuring product logic
• Experience with business process modeling (BPMN or similar)
• Proficiency with BA tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma, or similar
• Experience working in outstaff or direct client-facing engagement models
• Strong communication skills: experience working directly with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Confident understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to identify gaps and inconsistencies in existing product logic and documentation
Casino / iGaming domain experience
• Experience working in casino, iGaming, gambling, or related entertainment/fintech domains is required or strongly preferred
• Understanding of back-office systems, admin panels, reporting, and operational workflows typical in gaming products
• Familiarity with core casino product features: game management, player management, bonuses, payments, reporting
• Ability to quickly understand and document complex domain-specific business logic
Responsibilities
• Review and analyze existing back-office/admin panel functionality of the casino platform
• Structure and document current functionality in a clear and usable format
• Describe new functionality based on client requirements and business goals
• Write requirements documentation: user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, process flows
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in product logic
• Communicate proactively with client stakeholders and their tech team on a daily basis
• Work directly with the client in an outstaff model, following the client's internal process
• Support product backlog management and prioritization as needed
