Your Role:
- Own the influencer marketing direction within the Organic Growth team.
- Directly manage a team involved in the influencer workflow, setting clear priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with content creators, ensuring timely communication, quality content delivery, and brand alignment.
- Source and onboard new UGC creators and micro-influencers across Instagram, TikTok, creator platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Brainstorm and prepare creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and briefs for creators that resonate with the target audience and support organic growth.
- Oversee content production, either by managing creators or handling the production process (self-recording or organizing external shoots).
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure user-generated content integrates seamlessly into broader campaigns.
- Track and analyze content performance to understand what drives reach, engagement, virality, audience growth, and creator effectiveness.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, TikTok content, or organic social media growth, with proven ownership of creator workflows or team coordination.
- Proven ability to develop compelling hooks, scripts, and briefs based on trends and audience insights.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, short-form video trends, organic growth mechanics, and creator-led growth.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content results, identifying patterns, and turning insights into new content ideas, briefs, and creator collaborations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Video production skills (self-recording or filming organization) are a plus.
