Head of Business Unit

We’re looking for a leader who will take full ownership of a business unit — from economics to team and strategy.
This is not a typical marketing or operations role.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing unit economics, costs, and team efficiency
- Making strategic decisions for the business unit
- Building and developing a strong management layer (Team Leads)
- Working deeply with funnels, performance, and analytics
Identifying and mitigating business risks at early stages
Who we’re looking for:
We’re not looking for a corporate manager.
We’re looking for a builder with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You’re a strong fit if you:
- Have experience managing leaders, not just individual contributors
- Understand business economics beyond just reports
- Make fast decisions and take full responsibility for them
Stay effective in high-uncertainty environments
Nice to have: experience in one of these domains:
- Affiliate marketing / media buying
- Performance marketing / digital agencies
E-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or product companies
