Customer Support, Sales Team Lead

BlueVPS OÜ is looking for a Customer Support / Sales Team Lead in Sales Team with

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in hosting company or in managing a small commercial (sales) team;
• Experience in customer support position / sales in hosting company from 3 years;
• Understanding of hosting industry specifics and server hardware;
• Attention to details, analytical thinking and proactivity;
• Intermediate English or above level of English, advanced in Ukrainian and Russian;

Responsibilities:

• Train and motivate the team to achieve sales targets;
• Improving the department’s technical proficiency;
• Quality control for the department (tickets and chats);
• Evaluate client requests to uncover bottlenecks, risks, and process gaps, and take the lead in resolving them;
• Work with data and prepare detailed sales reports;
• Hands-on involvement in complex sales cycles, especially with enterprise clients;
• Conduct regular team meetings, pipeline reviews, and provide ongoing coaching;
• Participate in industry conferences and events to increase brand awareness;
