Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Gambling only)

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us scale our SEO department.

Our company has been on the market for 6 years. We currently have 4 SEO teams and are actively expanding. Our next goal is to build 2 additional SEO teams from scratch, so we are looking for a recruiter who has strong experience in hiring SEO specialists, ideally within the gambling/iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for SEO roles
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Searching for SEO Specialists, Senior SEO Specialists, SEO Team Leads, Link Builders, Content Managers, and other SEO-related roles
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of SEO candidates
• Working closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs
• Preparing candidate shortlists and presenting relevant profiles to stakeholders
• Managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Conducting pre-screen interviews and evaluating candidates’ experience, motivation, and salary expectations
• Tracking recruitment progress and maintaining recruitment reports
• Supporting the company’s active team expansion plans

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Mandatory experience in the gambling/iGaming industry
• Mandatory experience in hiring SEO specialists
• Understanding of SEO roles and terminology: PBN, affiliate, link building, content, technical SEO, on-page/off-page SEO, monobrand, review sites, etc.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Ability to evaluate candidates’ relevance before passing them to the hiring manager
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies at the same time
• Experience hiring for international or remote teams would be a plus

Nice to have

• Experience hiring SEO Team Leads or Head of SEO profiles
• Experience hiring candidates for affiliate, casino, betting, or gambling SEO projects
• Existing network of SEO candidates in the iGaming market
• Experience working with crypto payments / international contractors
