Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates for the IT department
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
• Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure successful hires
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of expertise in full-cycle recruitment
• Experience in hiring within DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Data domains
• Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews

• Upper-Intermediate English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
