Funding Specialist

We are rapidly growing and expanding our teams, and we are looking for a motivated Funding Specialist to join our Back Office department.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets
• Confident PC skills
• Strong analytical skills

• English level: at least Strong Pre-Intermediate

   

Responsibilities:

• Handling requests from clients/partners and resolving issues related to transactions and other operational matters
• Communicating with clients/partners via email
• Interacting with merchants and suppliers to resolve disputes
• Performing additional technical tasks related to work processes
