Senior Project Manager (Video Production)
We're KPI Creatives — a Creative Growth Partner building content systems for US-based brands in Real Estate, Construction, and Wellness. We don't run one-off shoots — we run systems. Long-form video, short-form (Reels / Shorts / TikTok), podcasts, creator-led formats, produced in batches.
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to own our full video production pipeline across 4–8 parallel client tracks.
What you'll do:
• Own the full video production lifecycle (pre-production, production, post-production, delivery)
• Build and refine repeatable production workflows: briefs, shot lists, review loops, asset handoff, QA gates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: scriptwriters, producers, videographers, editors, motion designers, animators
• Run sprint planning, weekly client status calls, and internal production stand-ups
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across batches
• Track production KPIs and report to leadership and clients
• Be the single point of accountability for on-time, on-quality delivery
Must-have:
• 4+ years of project management experience, at least 2 of them in video / creative / content production
• Strong English (B2+) — you'll talk to US clients regularly
• Hands-on experience with batch production and multi-stream creative workflows
• Confident with project management tools in general — we use our own internal system, so what matters is that you can pick up a PM tool quickly and run it day-to-day
• Track record of shipping production on time without compromising quality
• Ability to push back diplomatically when scope drifts
Nice to have:
• Experience working with US-based clients
• Background in agency or in-house brand studio
• Familiarity with content systems thinking (not campaign thinking)
• Basic understanding of post-production tools (Premiere / DaVinci / After Effects) — to speak the editors' language
