Requirements:

— Basic understanding of Email Marketing principles and ESP platforms;
— HTML/CSS basic knowledge will be an advantage;
— Practical experience using AI models for content-related tasks; 
— Ability to work in a multitasking environment; 
— Strong self-organization and time-management skills; 
— Readiness to work with technical tasks and new platforms; 
— Stress resistance and ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing environments; 
— Strong interest in developing specifically in performance/email marketing, not just “marketing in general”; 
— Ability to learn quickly and work with large amounts of information;
— Technical mindset and attention to detail;
— English level: Intermediate or higher;
 

What you will do:

— Work closely with Middle and Senior Email Marketing Managers on launching and optimizing email campaigns;
— Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analytics;
— Learn to work with enterprise-level ESP platforms and modern marketing tools;
— Support daily operational processes within the Email Marketing department;
— Learn fast, grow fast, and gradually take ownership of your own projects;
— Analyze campaign launch results and suggest improvements;
— Work with audience segmentation and database optimization;
— Assist with setting up new domains and email infrastructure; 
— Participate in A/B testing of content, offers, and strategies; 
— Collaborate with internal teams to launch new projects; 
— Monitor deliverability quality and domain reputation; 
— Work in a fast-paced environment with rapid changes and a large number of tests.
