About the Role

Ecosoft is seeking a Head of IT Project & Transformation to lead the company’s IT portfolio and lead the organisation’s transition to an AI-first operating model.

This is a leadership and transformation-focused role centred around delivery management, team development, stakeholder coordination, and the implementation of AI-driven approaches across business processes. Technical architecture and engineering leadership sit with the Tech Lead - you will work as equal strategic partners.

Areas of Responsibility

You will oversee the coordination and delivery of a diverse technology portfolio, including:

• E-commerce and B2B platforms
• IoT device management platforms
• Embedded systems and firmware solutions
• Customer-facing and service applications
• AI & Analytics initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and execution of the company’s IT project portfolio
• Develop and manage a multidisciplinary team (~18 specialists)
• Establish delivery excellence, operational discipline, and transparent processes
• Own planning, prioritisation, and roadmap governance
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and business priorities
• Drive the implementation of AI-first approaches across operational and delivery workflows
• Manage the AI roadmap from a business and delivery perspective

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a multi-project digital/software portfolio
• Experience leading teams of 15+ professionals
• Practical experience implementing AI-assisted workflows and operational processes
• Strong understanding of modern LLM/AI products and their business applications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Practical experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
• Professional fluency in both Ukrainian and English

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or B2B digital platforms
• Experience leading transformation programmes
• Exposure to software / IoT / embedded environments
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial B2B2C businesses
