Senior Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer!    

Requirements:  
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role;
- Experience with tech vacancies;
- Understanding of candidate sourcing principles and recruitment process, job market trends;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment & big team, and on multiple vacancies simultaneously;
- Attention to details, communication, and time-management skills;
- Result orientation and desire to learn;
- Spoken B1+ level of English. 

Responsibilities:  
- Development of a sourcing strategy for finding candidates in new locations;
- Searching for passive candidates for tech positions using various sources, contacting potential candidates through different channels;
- Coordinate vacancy postings via different job boards;
- Creating talent pipelines for future needs;
- Maintaining of talent database - review applicants from corporate job site and other postings, including talent pool applicants, keeping information up to date;
- Work with recruitment tools (Jira, ATS);
- Cooperate with Recruiters to build a correct sourcing strategy for finding candidates;
- Scheduling an initial interview with external candidates for recruiters;
- Development of professional networks, promotion of the company's brand, and analysis of market information;
- Keeping track of sourcing metrics and reporting on progress.
