Revelton Group is an international network of modern apartment hotels with a technology-driven approach and 5-star contactless service. The company has been operating in the European market for more than 8 years and currently manages 158+ apartments across different countries.

Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Business Assistant to support the company’s operational and organizational processes.

Responsibilities:
β€’ supporting the manager in daily business operations;
β€’ coordinating the launch of new properties;
β€’ communicating with contractors and suppliers;
β€’ organizing the procurement of necessary materials;
β€’ maintaining and updating databases;
β€’ participating in AI implementation and business process automation;
β€’ monitoring task execution and coordinating operational processes.

 Requirements:
β€’ at least 1 year of experience as an assistant;
β€’ project management experience will be an advantage;
β€’ English β€” B2+;
β€’ Czech β€” B2+;
β€’ Russian β€” fluent;
β€’ confident skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
β€’ responsibility, strong organizational skills, and discipline.

Salary:
1600–2000 EUR (depending on interview results)

Probation period:
2 months.
During the probation period, the salary will be 10% lower than the agreed amount.
