Project Coordinator
Revelton Group is an international network of modern apartment hotels with a technology-driven approach and 5-star contactless service. The company has been operating in the European market for more than 8 years and currently manages 158+ apartments across different countries.
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Business Assistant to support the companyβs operational and organizational processes.
Responsibilities:
β’ supporting the manager in daily business operations;
β’ coordinating the launch of new properties;
β’ communicating with contractors and suppliers;
β’ organizing the procurement of necessary materials;
β’ maintaining and updating databases;
β’ participating in AI implementation and business process automation;
β’ monitoring task execution and coordinating operational processes.
Requirements:
β’ at least 1 year of experience as an assistant;
β’ project management experience will be an advantage;
β’ English β B2+;
β’ Czech β B2+;
β’ Russian β fluent;
β’ confident skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
β’ responsibility, strong organizational skills, and discipline.

Salary:
1600β2000 EUR (depending on interview results)
Probation period:
2 months.
During the probation period, the salary will be 10% lower than the agreed amount.
