Hi there! At GotYourBack Support, we build a culture of customer support and revenue-driven sales for tech businesses worldwide. Right now, we are building up our B2B direction and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead the outbound effort from day one.

 

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a 0→1 environment. You’ll be designing and running the outbound process - from ICP definition and hypothesis testing to pipeline execution. The systems you build will become the standard for the team that grows around you.

Your core focus is generating qualified meetings with the right decision-makers. To get there consistently, you’ll need to think in experiments: test messaging, test channels, test segments. You’ll operate as part of our Business Development team, sharing context, aligning on strategy, and making sure the pipeline you generate turns into real conversations

 

✅ WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build and refine contact lists of target companies based on our ICP;
  • generate / discover new ideas for ICP tests and validate hypotheses;
  • Launch multi-channel outbound outreach (Email, LinkedIn, etc.). This is where you’ll need an extreme level of ownership to build lines of trust with potential clients from scratch;
  • Run structured experiments: test different messaging angles, outreach sequences, target segments, and qualification criteria — then document and act on the results;
  • Establish a foundation of trust between potential customers and our company from the very first touchpoint;
  • Prepare brief, high-value context about the client's pain points before handing the deal over to our Sales Managers;
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified meetings with relevant decision-makers at target companies.

 

💪 YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:

  • You have 1–3 years of commercial experience in B2B SDR / Lead Generation roles (ideally in IT, SaaS, or BPO);
  • You are highly proficient with LinkedIn, knowing how to write highly personalized, engaging intro pitches that get replies rather than looking like generic spam;
  • You have experience running outreach experiments: A/B testing messaging, channels, and target segments with a structured approach;
  • You demonstrate high adaptability — you are always ready to test new hypotheses, pivot your outreach strategies, and adapt your messaging based on market feedback;
  • You are driven by result-oriented growth — you don't just count the number of sent messages; you focus on booked meetings, hitting KPIs, and maximizing your bonuses;
  • We currently use the following stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, n8n, and other direct APIs and we’re open to suggestions if you have tools that work better.
