About Us

We are a growing staffing agency working with global teams and fast-moving companies. We are currently looking for an HR Specialist who can help us manage candidate outreach, sourcing, and recruitment coordination. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with candidates online.

Responsibilities

• Source and connect with candidates through platforms such as Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, and other communities
• Communicate with candidates and coordinate interview processes
• Screen candidates and manage recruitment pipelines
• Reconnect with previously identified candidates and maintain follow-up communication

• Support ongoing hiring operations and recruiting activities

   

Requirements

• Experience in HR, recruiting, or talent sourcing
• Comfortable using social platforms and online communities for recruiting
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of technical roles is a plus

• Able to work independently in a remote environment

   

Nice to Have

• Experience working with remote teams
• Familiarity with startup or fast-paced environments

• Experience recruiting for technical positions
