Senior Project Manager (EU/ USA/ Canada/ Turkey citizenship)

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the team for a long-term external project. The client is a big European alliance that provides high-tech solutions for the Defense Industry.
You will be a part of an impactful, secure and innovative project.

Required skills:

• Proven experience of delivering front-end / full-stack web projects.
• Strong command of Scaled Agile, Scrum,  Kanban — and the judgement to pick the right one.
• Confidence owning the full delivery lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on with Jira / Atlassian, Confluence, and modern PM tooling.
• Programme-level quality ownership.
• Strong written and communication English skills. 
   

Nice-to-have:

• Background in fintech, govtech, healthtech, or other domains with formal security accreditation.
• Familiarity with the FE technical context (React/TypeScript, OpenAPI, CI/CD pipelines) — does not need to code.
• Experience reporting into multiple stakeholders across vendor boundaries.

Tasks to perform:

• Run Project planning, sprint cadences, demos, and retrospectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the Project Frontend programme: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks.
• Maintain programme-level quality posture: cumulative IV&V disposition rates, open critical/major findings, security vulnerability ageing, and design system coverage.
• Own stakeholder communication with the client and Tallium leadership (PMO × CEO sync).
• Manage IV&V findings: ensure critical findings block the next sprint's acceptance, major findings get committed resolution dates.
• Produce sprint and PI status reports; flag risks early.
• Team management, ensuring a high productivity level and motivation.

The project is a Government Tech solution that delivers a production-ready frontend UX/UI ideas for an innovative application journey. It includes a high-fidelity prototype, a scalable API-driven frontend architecture based on a shared design system, and a secure, compliant multi-platform experience.
Built as an independently deployable web application, the frontend connects to all systems through a single backend API layer.
