Junior IT Project Manager

About the Role We're looking for a Junior IT Project Manager who is motivated to grow in the IT industry, comfortable taking on a variety of tasks, and open to expanding their skills across different areas.
 

What You'll Do

• Coordinate delivery between development teams and clients
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks move forward on track
• Capture and maintain project requirements and documentation
• Prepare and distribute status updates and progress reports
• Proactively identify risks and escalate issues when needed
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
   

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with AI tools and deep understanding of how they work
• Understanding of how IT projects work, including project methodologies and management approaches
• Basic understanding of product management principles (product lifecycle, user stories, prioritisation)
• Product passion — you care about what you're building, not just how it's managed
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
• Good communication skills with clients and teammates
• Ability to keep things organised and well-documented
• English B2+ - both writing and speaking
• Proactive approach and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Comfortable taking on tasks outside your direct role and exploring new areas
• Ready to learn and grow
