Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and work on senior-level technical and business roles while contributing to recruitment process improvements and hiring quality across the company.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles across different seniority levels;
• Sourcing and headhunting candidates for complex roles across the Ukrainian and European markets;
• Partnering with Hiring Managers and teams on hiring approaches and market insights;
• Improving recruitment processes, interview practices, and candidate experience;
• Using recruitment analytics and hiring metrics to identify improvement opportunities;
• Applying different sourcing channels and recruitment tools based on hiring needs;
• Collaborating with recruitment platforms, external partners, and professional communities;
• Contributing to recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment within IT or engineering industries;
• Proven experience closing complex technical and business roles, including Senior+ positions;
• Experience hiring across the Ukrainian and European markets;
• Hands-on experience with recruitment analytics and hiring metrics;
• Understanding of labour market trends, sourcing approaches, and recruitment tools;
• Experience working closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and proactive mindset;
• Results-oriented approach and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment;
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
• Experience supporting onboarding or knowledge sharing within a team will be considered a plus.
