Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a part-time Lead Generation Assistant to help us find and organize potential clients and partners in the AI video analytics / physical security industry.

Target regions include Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, CIS countries, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

Main tasks:

* research potential companies, partners, and system integrators;
* find relevant decision makers;
* collect company websites, names, job titles, emails, and LinkedIn profiles;
* organize leads in Google Sheets or CRM;
* research tenders, RFPs, security events, and industry directories;
* prepare clean contact lists for mass mailing campaigns;
* check and verify email lists;
* keep all data structured and updated.

This role does not include calls, negotiations, or direct email communication with prospects.

Requirements:

* English;
* Russian is a strong plus;
* experience with lead generation or online research;
* attention to detail;
* ability to follow instructions;
* good Google Sheets / Excel skills;
* experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM, or email verification tools is a plus.
* Claude / DeepSeek / GPT experience
